ENGAGE sessions

This stage will enhance YL’s knowledge of the methods they can use, their abilities to apply to their context and their leadership skills (communication, teamwork, and decision-making), which will boost their confidence in building trust and mobilizing community to tackle challenges and create social cohesion.

International session

The aim is on bringing together YLs from project countries with different backgrounds, experience, and culture, to share best practices, tools and resources, thus enriching their experience, cultural awareness and understanding, promoting inclusion, tolerance, solidarity.

A personal toolkit for Youth Leaders in their activities with young people. National session
